1. License

Glowglade grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play its games on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the games or their assets.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the games, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Do not use cheats, hacks, or automated tools to manipulate game results or leaderboards.
• Do not use the games in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Game data

Progress, settings, and scores are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. Because we operate no servers and collect no data, we cannot back up, restore, or transfer your progress for you.

4. In-app purchases and advertising

The current versions contain no advertisements and no in-app purchases. Purchases made through Apple's systems in future versions are governed by Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowglade is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of local game data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Termination

Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using a game at any time by deleting it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as games evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and significant changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Questions: [email protected].

一、许可范围

Glowglade 授予您一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，用于在您拥有或控制的设备上安装并游玩本工作室的游戏，仅限个人非商业用途。您不得复制、转售、再许可或分发游戏及其素材。

二、使用规范

• 除适用法律允许的范围外，不得对游戏进行逆向工程、反编译或修改；
• 不得使用外挂、作弊器或自动化工具操纵游戏结果或排行榜；
• 不得以违反适用法律或他人权利的方式使用游戏。

三、游戏数据

进度、设置与纪录保存在您的设备本地，卸载游戏即会删除。由于我们不运营服务器、不收集任何数据，因此无法为您备份、恢复或迁移进度。

四、内购与广告

当前版本不含广告与内购。未来版本中通过 Apple 系统完成的购买，适用 Apple 的条款与退款政策。

五、免责声明与责任限制

游戏按"现状"提供，不作任何形式的保证。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Glowglade 不对任何间接或后果性损失承担责任，包括本地游戏数据的丢失。本条款不限制依据适用法律不可排除的责任。

六、协议终止

如您违反本协议，许可自动终止。您也可以随时通过删除游戏停止使用。

七、协议变更

随着游戏更新，我们可能修订本协议，并更新页面顶部的生效日期；重大变更会在 App Store 更新说明中注明。

八、适用法律与联系方式

本协议适用运营者所在地法律，不影响您所在国家/地区的强制性消费者保护条款。如有疑问：[email protected]。
